  • What is the process of ordering your product?

    Choose a pattern you like. Add the number of rolls you need to decorate your space and go to checkout. Choose method of payment, fill the name, shipping adress, your email adress and telephone number and order. The payment is upfront or delayed (with Klarna). The confirmation of your order will be sent to your email adress.
  • I haven't received confirmation of my order.

  • Can I make changes to my order? Can I cancel it?

    If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us at ask@dekornik.com as soon as possible. We do not keep stocks and everything is made for specific clients.
  • What is the time and cost of shipping?

    We ship in European Union for 20 euro or for orders over 150 euro - for free. The cost of shipping for samples is 10 euro. If you need to check spedition cost for other countries please click HERE
  • How to track my order?

    As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a notification from us with your tracking number. You can track it both: in your account at our website dekornik.com and on the courier company's website.
  • How long it takes for my order to arrive?

    We have 5 working days to produce the wallpaper. And then it take about 4-5 days for the wallpaper to be delivered in Europe. But to be sure please check our PAYMENT & DELIVERY PAGE HERE
  • I have received a faulty or wrong order. What should I do?

    Please contact Us at ask@dekornik.com and we will make sure that the problem is resolved as smootly as possible.
  • What to do if the package is damaged?

    If you received a demaged packaged please take pictures of the package and contact Us at ask@dekornik.com.
  • How can I return or change what I ordered?

    You can always return an item if it's not a made to measure wallpaper or wallsticker. Just contact Us at ask@dekornik.com ans we will send you a form to fill for resignation from the order.
  • Can I order a sample of the product first?

    Please go to the SAMPLES category HERE and choose samples you like. The cost of the shipping of samples in the European Union is just 10 euro. The cost of the samples will be then deducted from your final order. You will receive a special coupon with your package.

  • What is the wallpaper material?

    We produce wallpapers from a refined paper that beautifully reproduces colors. It is durable, matte and snow-white.The material is certified non-flammable and meets all the requirements of the European Union.
  • What is the wallstickers material?

    Most of our wallstickers are printed on a special polyester woven material that is created for wall decoration. We never use any advertisement or outdoor material but materials that are safe and properly adapted to it’s destined use.
  • Are the samples made from the same material as a final wallpaper?

    Yes, it's an identical material as a final product.
  • What is the size of a stripe / roll of a wallpaper?

    We produce wallpapers in two sizes: 50x280 cm or 100x280 cm depending on the size of the pattern.
  • Do you make made to measure wallpapers?

    Yes, sometimes we do. Especially when you want to make a panelling and ordering a while strip of wallpaper would not make any sense.
  • How do I apply wallpaper or wallsticker?

    For the application of the wallpaper prepare: a delicate wallpaper glue, a roller as for painting walls, a sharp paper knife. It is best to apply the wallpaper by two people, so an installation partner is very recommended. 1. We start with the arrangement of the wallpaper on the wall. Here, please put the wallpaper against the wall. Then mark the plumb on the wall. 2. The adhesive is systematically applied ON THE WALL, on a surface slightly larger than the applied stripe of wallpaper.3. Glue the stripes one by one, from the top of the wall, so that one of the folded parts falls freely downwards.4. Then, match the pattern very carefully, matching the lengths of the wallpaper one by one.5. We connect the edges 'edge-to-edge' (do not put one on top of the other), delicately so as not to damage the wallpaper.6. If bubbles appear, gently pull them out with a soft roller, it will not damage the wallpaper.7. Cut off excess wallpaper near the floor with a paper knife.8. Excess glue can be removed with a damp sponge or cloth, but do not rub the wallpaper several times in the same place, so as not to damage it.
  • What glue do you recommend for application?

    The only glue recommended for a wallpaper application is a wated-based glue. They are aesy to find in and hardware store.
  • What surface can I apply the wallpaper on?

    Well prepared wall for the application should be even, dry, clean and at least 14 day after painting or plastering.
  • How can I clean the wallpaper if needed?

    You can only clean the wallpaper with a moist cloth but please be gentle.
