How to register, set up your account, and place wholesale orders
Register your B2B account
Go to dekornik.com/b2b-registration and fill out the registration form with your business details:
- Email address
- First Name and Last Name
- Company Name
- VAT ID (your EU VAT number)
We review all applications within maximum 2 working days and will contact you as soon as your account is approved.

Set your password
After registration, you’ll receive a welcome email titled “Your Dekornik account has been created!”
Click the “SET YOUR PASSWORD” button to create your secure password.

Wait for approval
Your account needs to be verified and approved by our team. This ensures that all B2B partners meet our quality standards.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email: “Your account has been approved”
Now you can log in and start ordering at exclusive wholesale prices!

Complete your account details
After logging in, go to My Account → Account details and verify your information:
- First name and Last name
- Email address
- VAT number
Click “Save changes” to update your profile.

Set up billing address
Go to My Account → Addresses and complete your billing address for invoices:
- Company name (for invoice)
- Country/Region
- Street address
- Postcode and City
- Phone and Email
- VAT ID (if not already set)
Click “Save address” to store your billing information.

Browse and order products
You have two ways to browse and order products:
Pro tip: Use the B2B Product List for bulk orders – it’s much faster and shows retail vs wholesale prices at a glance!
Checkout
At checkout, you may be asked to confirm your VAT details. This ensures your invoice will have the correct information.
Click “CONFIRM VAT” if your details are correct, or “UPDATE VAT” to make changes.
Important: Make sure your VAT ID is correct before placing the order. It will appear on your invoice.

Order confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll see the “Order received” page with:
- Order number and date
- Bank transfer details (for bank transfer payments)
- Complete order summary
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with all these details.

Track your orders
Go to My Account → Orders to manage all your orders:
- View – See complete order details
- Track – Track your shipment status
- Invoice – Download your invoice (when available)
